I want to convert the whole sheet into Rs in lakhs without affecting the formulas.

You can do with paste special..
Type 100000 in one cell, copy that cell & do paste special on the cells which you want to divide by lac..
After you get paste spl window under operation frame select Divide...
You have to do this on cells which doesnt have formula..
