EXAM FORM - URGENT HELP NEEDED. PLEASE POST YOUR VIEWS

Dear friends and respected Experts, please read the following letter that I am going to attach with my CA Final (New Course) 2nd Group Examination Form. Read this letter carefully and post your suggestion whether my decision to attach this letter is correct or not and whether any modification required PLEASE REPLY.

Dear Sir,

            Sub.: My present articleship status and explanation of Declaration regarding my articleship status furnished by me in my Examination Form.

I, Kishor Navinchandra Kathrani, have passed the 1^st Group of CA Final (New Course) Examination in Nov., 2010. My Roll No. was 47876 and hereby I am applying for 2^nd Group CA Final (New Course) Examination to be held in May, 2011. I have completed the prescribed period of 3.5 years of practical training (including excess leave, if any) on 02.02.2011 as an article assistant and I have sent Form No. 108 and Form No. 119 for intimating ICAI regarding completion of my articleship, both  duly filled and signed by me and my principal CA. Nanalal P. Hadial (Membership No. 100513) ,but I have yet not received the the confirmation letter by the Institute’s office in this regard and therefore it is NOT at all POSSIBLE for me to attach the said letter with my CA Final (New Course) Examination Form. Therefore, I have given the declaration in my Examination form which is relevant for the candidates who are presently in service and due to complete the prescribed period of 3 years/3.5 years of practical training (including excess leave, if any) on or before 30^th April, 2011 and that declaration is duly signed by me and my principal.

Sir, considering the fact that I have yet not received the confirmation letter regarding completion of my articleship training from Institute’s office, the declaration provided by me in the examination form is correct and your honor is hereby requested to process my examination form as I am fully eligible for this examination.
