I had appeared for my final exam in nov 2010 and could not clear, in May 2011 I cleared 2nd grp, so in last appearance details of final should i mention both exam details and for may 2011 should i write passed as i cleared 1 grp?

i have not yet received the articleship completion letter from the institute & we have to attach this letter with the exam form for final. Does anyone have any idea what should i do?

In exam form you need to mention may-11 details only.
