I Wanted to understand the meaning of the term "offering ESOP on Globally uniform basis". What does Globally uniform basis mean / imply, can anyone help me to understand it with an example.

As you mentioned very specific word without giving full phrase. My understanding says that “Globally Uniform basis” mean company has same policy for ESOPS for its all offices whether in India or abroad.
