If The employee BAsic Salay is6000/-. and he works for 25days, whether the PF is calculated on BAsic Salary or 25days Salary.
the same ESI is calculated on what amount.

Dear Ravi
The employeee has basic of Rs. 6000 fo r 30 days but works ony for 25 days..
So, the PF and ESIC would be deducted on 25 days basic as the same is [ayable to the employee!!!!
