Who has applicable, Form ER-5 & ER-6,
and have any amendment into the Notification No (Central Excise) 38/2004 (NT), 39/2004 (NT), 40/2004 (NT)
and for which period, ER-5 is to be submited,

The Unit paying more than 1 crore revenue are elegible to furnish the ER-5 & 6 Return
The frequency to furnishing the ER-5 is Annual and will to be submitted before 30th april. And Consequently the frequency of ER-6 is monthly.
Both Return relates to Principal inputs.
