i just want to ask , is there might be a situation where a employer does not deduct the amount of EPF and ESI from the salary of the employee and deposite only his part of contribution to the cocerned authorities ?

However if an employee so desires he may voluntarily contribute more than 12%. Apart from it an employer also has to pay some administration charges
