What to do when EPF has been deposited in Bank, but not credited in one's EPF account. One of our EPF members, after leaving the service, submitted his Form 10 and 19 to withdraw, but only got around Rs. 50,000/-, whereas his deposit should be Rs. 80,000/-, not counting the interest. So it seems the money deposited has not been credited in his EPF a/c. Since I am responsible for keeping records and online deposit of EPF, so I sent him to the office with details of amount deposited, with TRRN no and CRN number, but the EPF office insisted that the amount has not been deposited. I want to know what steps should be taken by our side or from that employee side, so as to give them proof that money has been deposited.
