1. Create IOC (Under sundry crs group)

2. Fuel Ac(under Indrect exp head)

3. Bank name ledger ac(Under Bank ac)

 

A. Book Fuel expe

FUel ac......dr

to IOC...............Cr

(Being Fuel purchasse.....bill no)

B. Payment to IOC

IOC ac........DR

To Bank ac............Cr

(Being Payment made to IOC against Bill no...)
