In your accounting software create a ledger
indianoill company

if indianoil is providing invoice then create that invoice.
then pay....

3. Bank name ledger ac(Under Bank ac)

A. Book Fuel expe

FUel ac......dr

to IOC...............Cr

(Being Fuel purchasse.....bill no)

B. Payment to IOC

IOC ac........DR

To Bank ac............Cr

(Being Payment made to IOC against Bill no...)
