enquiry about 20lakh limit of gst
my turn over is below 20 lakh. I am already registered for GST. Can I quit from gst?

You might have received the Provisional GSTIN by now, but if you are below threshold limit you can opt out.
first you hav to convert into gst . and after that you can surrender that gstin.
but first you hav to convert only then you can opt to quit..

once u are registered , then u can surrender only under gst. u have to think about it before filling final application.
in case u have not submitted ur application, u may opt out now & surrender your tin in current law
