Employer not allowing to go to industrial training
My employer is not allowing to go for industrial training even though i had given him 3 months notice

There is no solution of this kind of problem, you should convience him/her for this.

Please give a application in writing to the institute regional office. They will directly provide you aproval of your employer as well as institute within 30 Days
