In Form24Q Annexure II, what should the dates be for the fields "Date from which employed with current employer" (column 331)
My employee joined in Jan 2010; so, for FY2010-11, should the date for the above field be date of joining (Jan 2010) or date of start of financial year (Apr 2010)?
Similarly, for "Date to which employed with current employer"?, should the date be end of financial year (Mar 2011)? There is no end date as the employee is still with the company.
Any help would be much appreciated.
