Eligibility to appear in cs executive exam.

I hav cleared cs executive 1st group,now i m going to appear in 2nd group. but i hav neither cleared the online computer test nor submitted the response sheets to institute. so will i eligible to appear in 2nd group. i m trying to clear online test before filling the exams form, but only three saturday i hav to appear, becoz those tests only held on saturday, will anyone plz guide me wat sud i do to be eligibe for 2 nd group.
