consult ICAI .... in my opinion its not possible for a PCC student... wait for new amendments

Till now final will come only after completion of 3.5yrs of articles /............................but wait for amendment in 1988 act of icai were by some views are asked from general public for the amendment of same.

i think no notification in this regard from ICAI, it is also not in ICAI website  now...

no it is not permissible. so do not think of finals before completion of articleship

an important request to all of you... dear friends, we all are from one same ship i.e CA profession why are some of us spreading rumours regarding the amendments to CA act and provisions of ICAI???? some ask for reduction of articleship period.. others regarding attempt of CA Final (Eligibility to be precise) please dont spread such rumours to any one PLEASE DO NOT POST ANY COMMENT REGARDING THE RULES OF ICAI AND ITS COURSES UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU ARE NOT CONFIRM WITH YOUR OPINION/ VIEWS/ KNOWLEDGE ETC... SUCH RUMOURS OR OPINIONS IN THE AIR MAY SPOIL SOMEONES CAREER... BE AN EXPERT ONLY IN YOUR SUBJECT AREA AND DONT TRY TO BE THE FORMER OF LAW/RULES.. LEAVE THIS TASK ON ICAI....

how ever i think only if ur article ship gets over only before the day of ur first exam u will be elgible .. other wise not...

two day convention for ca students was held in jaipur ..... in which this q was addressed by the chairman of BOS and he said that they have passed a decision that:

1. PE- II student who were converted into PCC will be able to give exam during last 12 month of their articleship

2. PCC student will be allowed to appear in final exam during last 6 months of their articleship

But above two are subject to approval of some bodies of icai and some outside body so it will take time so it is not going to be applicable for student who are to appear in May'11 exam will not be able to appear in nov 10 but if decision is approved by other bodies than only it is possible so it may be possible that student who r to appear in NOV-11 may appear in may 11

If u need to appear fro May 2011 Final exam, ur articleship should complete on or before 30 april 2011.
