If a candidate (IPCC cleared in November 2011) starts articleship on 15th February 2012 and it is supposed to end on 20th February 2015. If no excess leave is taken, the attempt falls in November 2014.
However the candidate takes a excess leave of 201 days during his tenure before filling form for November (i.e. leave upto August 2014 is 201 days).
When is the candidate eligible for the final CA exam assuming no other leave is taken ? Kindly reply.
