I am purchasing a resale home (25 year old) in Pune city the value of property is not more than 31 lack so befor Gst I need to submit 5 % stamp duty + 1 % LBT (Maharashtra stat level tax) it means total 6 % stamp duty on property + 30 thousand rs. registration fees it means 6% stamp duty on 31 lac = 1,86,0000 + 30,000.
so what is effect on resale homes after GST I am so confused...
