u need to get registered under Indian Societies Act or Indian Trust act and the initial investment upto my perception will be below Rs 1,00,000. u Have to file an application under the respective stautute and get the minimum number of persons.
Also, u have to get registered under income tax act 1961 (U/S 12 and 80G)
