Hi,
We are also facing the same issue. ECR Amount was deducted from our bank account on 05-Nov-20. However, till date it is showing "Unable to get status from bank. " Only option available is to reject the transaction. But txn cannot be rejected as he amount has been deducted. We have even written mails to epfo and SBI, but no response has been received.
If anyone has a solution please suggest.
