Ours is a multinational company with headquartters in Sweden. As we are having a working capital shortage, our head office (in Sweden) has agreed to inject some money for us to ease off the cash crunch situation.
What are the possible routed available for us to get in the money in India.

Dear Mr.Singal,
ECB to be used for working capital is not allowed.As an alternative you can raise the fund from your parent company while increasing the authorised share capital of the domestic company.
