Rs.100/- stamp is required for Inc-9, 10, dir-2, declaration letter for Pvt. Ltd. company incorporation. Now that the documents are ready, it has to be printed on Rs.100/- stamp paper and get it notarized before incorporation.
Most importantly, the stamp paper has to be purchased from registered company address. In my case the registered company place is Pune (Maharastra). My question is since i am presently not based in pune is there some of e-stamping where i can print these documents? or do i necessarily need to purchase the hard copy from local vendors only.
Experts, Please advice on this.
