E-registration, audit and return filling under mvat

uwant make the e registration for mvat, whether if u dealing with beer and license, u want produce to license no and uwant to make voluntary registration,if u dinot register then it will declare it as smuggling goods,and then uwill be more problem for u concern. pls make eregistration immediately.

a) can I e-register for MVAT in the FY 2014-15.

Ans- Yes, Now u r already late for registration. So u have to take registrtaion as early as possible.

b) what are the consequences for late registration.

Ans - For unregistered period u can not claim ITC on purchase. Also u have to pay penalty & interest on VAT. 

c) Is there a remedy in the amendment of 2014 for non registration of MVAT. 

Ans.- Yes. First take registration as early as possible. Then apply for administration relief with the sales tax commisioner. But before applying for relief you have to pay VAT for unregistred period ( As per normal calculation i.e Output VAT - Input VAT), Penaly, Interest and fee. In most of the case i experiant the department grant relief if u give a proper reason for late registration for MAVT.
