E- Payment of Taxes Problem due to Bulk SMS Services Suspend

Dear Friends, We all are busy with finalisation of accounts and filing of the income tax, now when people have Self Assesment Tax Payable are suppose to pay it online- As the new RBI Rule, net banking transactions are required to have double security one regular password and another transaction password, which may come through your electronic device or via SMS, Most of us preferes SMS, Bankers are falling in to the category of Corporate Bulk SMS Service for this purpose, Now whenever you try to pay it online, it will ask you for the Transaction password and that can not be paid since the sms services are suspended due to law and order problem. In this rush time, we have to depend on the traditional method of tax payment i.e Printing of the challan, deposit cheque into bank and get the challan serial No. Many of my friends are facing this problem. Kindly keep your returns ready to upload except payment of taxes, as there is great trouble ahed for the same, 30th september is half yearly bank closing and 29th september is expected date of restarting of the services.
