Login into income tax website using your credentials. Click on "My accounts" and than select "143(1)/Refund/154 Service request". In category select  intimation u/s 143(1) from the drop down. In sub category mention how you want the intimation whether to any specific address or you require e mail copy and than mention the assessment year. Maximum within a week you will receive the copy in the mode (E mail / Address)  selected by you.
