For tha Assestment year 2010-11, can we do E-filing under the section 44 AD.... (Net Profit = 8% of Gross Receipts)

yes you can do e-filing
Yes You can do for last two previous year.
yes.. you can file
yes the same can be done for A.Y. 2010-11 choose form ITR4 and for A.Y.2011-12 choose form no ITR 4S
