then u can recover the password

otherwise u can call at the no shared by arpit

I have suffered with same problem. but I may help you. Just email me client FULL NAME, FATHER NAME, DOB, PAN NUMBER as stated in PAN Card.

Validate button is not working after download inspite of enabling macro's in ITR2

any suggestions pls

i tried www.taxorigin.com,no requirement of logging in to the income tax website,

but the catchpoint is, that after 5 uploads, to continue u have to subscribe(pay online)

but its giving multiple upload facility, with getting PDF of all ITR-V also on single webpage,

so u all can try that,

also, if there is any error in your ITR, it shows error, and the error message has exact nature of mistake made, pointed out,

it was helpful for me!!!!

If you dont remember answer to secret question to reset password, mail the same to ask @ incometaxindia.gov.in - your answer would be sent to mail id provided at the time of registration. Now you can reset your password and login to check - services - my returns and get the acknowledgment no for last yr.

Every Ca office has a method to give password for their clients..for easier reminder...It could be that the PAN is the id & password.Try out it may work.

Actually i m also facing these problems. And Income tax department reply that it send on mail id the password within 24 hours. But they dont provide me till now....

ask abt this problem to aykar smpark kendra..........

they will ask u to mail all thedetails to a mail id and then after 1-2 hours they will generate a DEFAULT PASSWORD for you

Give all details like Name of the Assess, Date of Birth, Father Name And PAN no and send it to following E_mail ID

After Reset ur password IT Department send it to tour Mail ID also mail me after receving ur password
