E filing of partnership firm

Dear Friends,

I am filing an e return for a Partnership firm ..

I went to the new registration, entered the PAN and in the surname i wrote the name of the Firm say " XYZ.COM "

after submitting it is showing this..

Please recitfy the following errors(s):

Your surname name doesnt match with the data you entered.

What is the solution for this?

Can anybody provide me the mail ID for IT e filing cell?

You will get the correct name of firm while e-payment of taxes

1. Once see the Name of the firm on PAN Card and try it again.

2. If PAN application is available it is enough, ur problem will solve with that coz see how it is mentioned in PAN application

I think your problem will be solved with one trial as i said above 1 st point.

I think you have gone through registration process in incometaxindiagovefiling site correctly. Check your PAN details from incometaxindiagovefiling site under services, while registering, enter all fields like date of birth/incorporation as provided in Firm's PAN and try again. You should be able to register your firm. I did it in the same way recently.
