Hi friends.. We want to expand our business globally via e-commerce. Initially we will be in contract with others who will be represnting us and will be doing the work on a contractual basis and we will only act as a supplier in this case. So, I would like to know the LEGAL FORMALITIES which we have to fulfill in this case..

Yes i am doing that right now. But i also wanna know that wether there is any extra formalities to be complied with in this case. I also wanna know that if we go 4 export then wether we should abtain export licence as i heard that our paper work will increase but we will also get some rebate aprox 8%-10%. Iheard that we can also export without obtaining export licence. what will be the better option for me.
Please let me know the option that you are talking about
