Dvat returns 2a error

Hello Everyone,

                         For the past few days I am facing an error whenever I try to Preview or Save the 2A File in the Offline Utility of DVAT. It shows " Unable to cast the object of type 'System.DBNull' to type 'System.String'. I have also attached a copy of the error below. This problem only occurs for 2A Annexure and Annexure 2B is executing just fine. And also, this problem is after updating to new DVAT utility and the same is running in old utility.

                         Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance
