DUE DATES OR CUTOFF DATES FOR AVAILMENT OF GST IMPORT IGST

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Any one please help me out, which are the last due dates for availing of ITC ( Especially IGST on Import). We have the FY-2018-19 imported BOE's which we are not avail the IGST. Is it possible to avail In this year. If anybody have the notification for avail of ITC. As per my knowledge from date of invoice to with in the one year we have possibilities to avail the ITC. But pls share the notifications if any.
