Dear Sir/ Madam,

Any one please help me out, which are the last due dates for availing of ITC ( Especially IGST on Import). We have the FY-2018-19 imported BOE's which we are not avail the IGST. Is it possible to avail In this year. If anybody have the notification for avail of ITC. As per my knowledge from date of invoice to with in the one year we have possibilities to avail the ITC. But pls share the notifications if any.

@ Mr Suresh.,

First of the "ONE YEAR" concept not under GST act. ITC can be avail in next FY September GST returns or Annual Return which is earlier... Right...!

Are You filed Your GST returns for the month of Sep-19...?
