is there any possibility to extension of due date for gstr 9 filing for the year 2018-19?

Yes the date might get extended since the entire trade and industry, tax professionals and Institutes ( like ICAI ) have written a letter to Finance Ministry for date extension. So you can expect a 2-3 months extension of due date of filing Annual Return for FY 2018-19.
