I'm confused about DTC tax rate 4 indian company. It's 30% or 25%.

it's 30% (no cess & no surcharge)
Its 30% +2.5%surcharge (if income exceeds Rs.1 crore)+3%(EC n SHEC)
*sorry its 7.5% surcharge...nt 2.5%.
2.5% is for foreign companies...!
