The Replies of fellow member is valid for almost every attempt but not for this Attempt.

This time there is a record 119 amendment in DT . and you can easily expect a paper of almost 50% from Amendmnet and even way more...RTP is most most most important for DT specially..you cant risk to miss it..

For idt since service tax has gone for a complete makeover..there's high probability u can expect easy question which can be based on RTP question so expect a 20-30 from here also

Now regarding Case Laws for DT its weightage is 16 marks and for IDT 20-30 Marks

Yes, concur with most views of the respected CCI members. Thus, it is imperative to focus your attention more towards recent amendments and case laws in order to fetch quality marks.

i am fully convinced with Ankur Mittal, as almost each and every chapter recognised as major chapters in DT has one or more important amendment that can be asked considering the past trend. So i am confused a bit about whether any other topic of the same chapters can also be asked

As Per VG Sir, Focus on Amednments ( Mostly) and keep summary module as a base...m following the same strategy...

I would say dont be selective but focus more on Amendments
