Dt & IDT Amendments

HI,

             plz provide me the amendments of DT & IDT applicable for this NOV 2010 attempt.I gav the CA Final attempt this time but unfortunately Failed the exams,i want to know whether the Finance Act 2010 applicable for this attempt, if not , then any amendment s applicable for this attempt which is not applicable last time.& amendments if IDT applicable for NOv 2010.
