No you don't need to do RTP amendment because I has take only those amendment which is applicable for nov 17 & where not applicable for May 17

ICDS has been already applicable & there is no change in ICDS in Nov-17 as compared to May-17 (As I has told you earlier that the amendment given in RTP are between 1.5.2016 and 30.04.2017)
