Well, It should not be a problem,, New Site is very Nicely Designed,,,
2 ways that i used are here...
1. After uploading Return, it will take u to the Page for downloading ITR-V.
2. Otherwise Login with the specific PAN no.,,, ---> Services ---> My Returns ---> Download ITR V,,
