DOUBT IN EXCESS OF SALARY PROVISION
Is there is a excess of salary then it is a part of disallowed expenses in Business and Profession or not

There is nothing called excess salary in PGBP you can claim your salary expenditure as expenses

If you look from point of relatives i.e employee as your relative then disallowance arises
