hiii frnds,

i hav a doubt in costin ipcc..in d practic manual or compilation in contract cost chap der is a sum startin with " BROCK CONSTRUCTIONS LTD.." asked in Nov 2004..so can u pls try out d sum n let me know whether d ESTIMATED PROFIT given in d book is right or not..?? if so wat is d rite ans..?

u mean the estimated profit is Rs.2,34,305..but i'm getting 3,34,305..if u take the amts given in the material n find d balancin figure it is Rs.3,34,305 only..can u pls explain hw did u get d ans i.e.Rs.2,34,305..??

Hi Sorry for earlier reply. I made wrong calculation before. Yes, estimated profit is rs. 3,34,405/- only. I hope it is just wrong calculation given in our material. Because all other entries are correct in the contract a/c.
