SGST wrongly paid to CESS how can refund tthis amount in electronic cash ledger

Online filed RFD 01 Application for Refund in which select Refund of Excess Balance in Electronic Cash Ledger Account & fill up necessary details on which you want refund claim amount.
I file the form but not authorities does not pay me refund amount. what can I do?
Sir contact to your jurisdictional officer along with a copy of the online filed form.
you cannot get refund nowadays.... you will have to set off the CESS liability with that wrong payment of CESS.... and you have to pay SGST again
