we are from bank of baroda, we remitted tds two times by mistakenly for the month of september. we are regularily filed e-tds. and quarter 2(july - sep) filing has been done. is there any rectification regarding debouble remmitance of tds or getting refund of remitted amount.

You can either get refund of the said amount by filing an application through TRACES or you can adjust the unconsumed challan amount in fututre TDS payments.
Refund process is a bit lengthy. It is better to adjust the same against TDS of subsequent months
