Double PAN NO.

You have to must early surrender one of Pan No. to respected AO with proper application.

Which Pan No. u can not used must they r surrender. Pls step carefully.

kindly fill "change in correction in pan card form" and at last (point no.10) fill the PAN no. which you want to cancel.

for this you can consult to the nearest PAN card agent/ TIN -FC.

Why all these hardship,

The A.O has other important works to do, why trouble him!

Filling Change/ Correction Form - to surrender PAN - would not be correct!
