Donation to flood
if a person donate goods to flooding areas...is gst applicable to him....he can a deduction in 80G...but how about GST monthly returns

Its not a sale, its goods given out free so it wont be reflected in GST
Just and entry reflecting transaction in books is must

Itc has to be reverse on free given goods
Yes, ITC has to be reversed for free given goods as per the gst act.
