GST HSN chapter code 2301 Flours, meals and pellets, of meat or meat offal, of fish or of crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates, unfit for human consumption shallbe taxed at the rate of 5%

23091000 DOG OR CAT FOOD PUT UP FOR RETAIL SALE - Excise Chapter 23 says Dog food at Nil Rate.

Now Chap 2309 is also under Nil rated. However, few canine food companies are saying it will be taxed at 18%.
