You are allowed to teach as a practicing CA, but you must keep your direct teaching hours to a maximum of 25 hours per week and strictly avoid any form of advertising or solicitation for these teaching services. You should seek specific permission from the ICAI for any teaching engagements outside the Institute's own coaching organizations.
