Does coaching for all d subs of ipcc is really required!!

Thanks a lot Shubham for ur suggestion... guessing u did the same. was it enough for you??? wat about other subs, they are not that tough kya??
 

As per my view IT and SM is a subject which dosent require any coaching..even i am studying this subject on my own and for other subjects i am taking classes... If u have good reference books even law subject can be dealt.i have my friends who are not taking classes for Law and IT SM. The best option is if u r confused or finding the subject difficult to understand then for safeside take classes , but dont depend fully on coaching ..self study at home is a must .. This is totally my view but it can vary from person to person ...Depending on ur skills and capabilities u can decide.

Thanks for ur valuable suggestion. I registered for IPCC yesterday only n gonna get the study sets next week. Let me see how the syllabus is.... then only I can decide whether to go for coaching or not!!!

I guess u will be appearing for IPCC this May, so all the best in advance to you....

Go coaching for FM also becoz in coaching u came 2 knw abut various shorttricks.

Law does nt require coaching just follow module nd gud reference book. For SM - IT module is enough.

Coaching or no coaching, you have to clear the concept. Everything is in your mind. There are some one who prefer to learn the concept at home with peacefull environment. But at the same way there some one who can study & learn the concept at crowded coaching place.

So, first you have to study about you.

What is your nature. According to your preference you go for.  

I must say that you can pass the CA final exam too with self study. These day coaching has become fashion.

I totally agree with you, as I mentioned in the very first post I love self study only, bt CA course has a vast syllabus which I think is attainable but one just has to work really hard.............

I attended a seminar on "How to plan for IPCC" today, as it was a holiday only and got an idea, how this IPCC thing is!!!

I have decided to join coaching for Account and Costing. But still there are two weeks before the coaching starts and in the meantime I can still think over the decision I have taken. Atcually, I am eagerly waiting for the study modules to come next week, then only I can take the final decition on the coaching.

Guys I live in Pune and as I mentioned above for these two subjects namely Accounts and Costing, I m thinking of joining A S Foundation. If someone is from Pune as well, plz suggest me a good coaching class and would like to know how A S Foundation is!!!!!!

If u are opting for self-study you should use, P.C Tulsians book for Accounting, Advance Accounting, and Cost Accounting.

He is really a superb author,hez  Accounts for CPT helped me a lot as I was from science background, it made the subject so easy for me,

even m an average student..and given my ipcc in nvmber 11..

i took the coaching for accounts,cost-fm and tax in grup 1  but never understood anything taught by the teacher in cost-fm and tax

and let me tell you ..going for the coachings and after spending so much money on them , when ur not clear with the concepts ..thats the worst thing   .so by my personal experience i would suggest you to take the coaching of accounts by parveen sharma sir from ETENCA..he is the best teacher for accounts u can ever get ..

law u can do by ur own ..just refer munish bhandari sir's buk  and u can score very well

tax- do it from girish ahuja sir's buk ..u can take coaching fir this subject coz its a very vast one ..but again self study is the only helpful thing  ..do self study wid coachings

for cost -i would say not to take any coaching .. and just buy cost-fm buk by padhuka publishers and u will be able to score well and gain confidence as well ..

Hi Kiran sorry for  replying late, actually In PCC i took coaching of all the subjects which I think was not a good decision because coaching of theory subjects is waste of time n money  but for practicle subjects it  is good to go for coaching as it would save lot of time and  help in clearing new concepts, so as per my view go for Accounts(Only Parveen Sharma ETEN) , Costing  and FM,  no need for law ( buk of munish bhandari is like bible), Audit (Surbhi Bansal), Tax (VK singhania) .
