Have car on my mother name which i used to travel to my workspace
Recently i changed all tires and just realized 28% gst on tyres.
I made bill on my firm name with gst number and all.
Now my question
Am i allowed to claim ITC for this purchase as in Gstr 2A i can see the person has already uploaded the details?
