Documents requiered under dvat registration

1.  go to dvat.gov.in

2. then make a request for registration in the registration status and note the refernece ID 

3. then it will take PAN verification about less than 1 day.

4. after ur pan verified, u will get a mail .

5. then u can login with ur reference id as ur user id and pssword as ur mobile u hva entered

6. then fill the form and submit it online and take print and go to ur concern ward with supportive documents ..

Whether there is any fees for temporary dvat registration under delhi. If yes, then how much cost and time it will take.

Please guide me in this regard.

Registration is registration ,, there is not a matter of temporary or permanent.

Fees will b incurred as 1000 for Local and 25 for Central.

After submitting online, it will take 15 days maximum for visiting your premises by VAT inspector and after submission of his report RC will be issued to you.

Actually we want to apply for casual dvat registration due to exhibition. In how many days we will get this registration and whether we have to apply for this registration before 1 or 2 days befor of exhibition.

if you want to apply for casual dealer, then first of all you have to apply for PAN verification under the Option on the Home Page of DVAT in New Registration on Left Side Corner.

After getting your PAN verified on your name of business,  you could be able to normal login with your Reference ID as User ID and your mobile given by you during PAN verification as your password. After Login with details you have to submit the details required in the form DVAT 04A Like Name of the Applicant Dealer, Nature of Business, PAN No. of the concern business, Principal place of Business Address, Item to be dealt, period for which you have required registration and other as required under the Form.

Also you have to deposit Security in the form of Bank Draft or in form DVAT 20 equals to your estimated liability to pay tax for the period you do business in the exhibition.

and after approval of the form online, you have to contact to DVAT department for registration certificate.
