Quick Summary
If you're applying for a new GST registration and your business premises are under the Pagdi system, you'll need specific documents as proof of address. While a Pagdi agreement, rent receipt, NOC, utility bills, and tax receipts are typically required, you can proceed with just a Pagdi rent receipt and an electricity bill. An affidavit confirming your occupancy and business use is also highly recommended.

For a new GST registration, you'll need to provide proof of address documents for the property, which is under the Pagdi system. Attach the following documents: 1. _Pagdi Agreement_: A copy of the Pagdi agreement or contract. 2. _Pagdi Rent Receipt_: Latest Pagdi rent receipt. 3. _No Objection Certificate (NOC)_ : From the Pagdi owner or landlord. 4. _Utility Bills_: Latest utility bills (electricity, water, or gas) showing the property address. 5. _Municipal Tax Receipt_: Latest municipal tax receipt. 6. _Property Tax Receipt_: Latest property tax receipt. 7. _Affidavit_: An affidavit stating that you are the occupant of the property and authorized to use it for business purposes. If you have any of the following documents, attach them as well: - _Leave and License Agreement_ - _Rent Agreement_ - _Sale Deed_ - _Gift Deed_ - _Partition Deed_ Please note that the documents required may vary based on the specific circumstances and the GST officer's discretion.

Form all of the above I have only (1) pagdi rent receipt and (2) electricity bill
