You need not to apply for Changes in PAN. Just Register your self at Income Tax E filing Website, Link is https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/.

Then After Logging in to website===> Go to Profile Settings==>Then Click on Update Contact Details

Update your desired information there and your Details will be updated with Income Tax Department.

fill form 49 A manually thats all...and submit it

@ K.C.MOONDRA sir, is it compulsory to give intimation of address change to department. ???

what are the consequences ,if intimation for address change is not given to department..(practical & legal both consequences please sir...)

and if ,i fill ONLY The form 49a for change IN PAN CARD,then will it be okay or not ????
