The proposal for joining IPCC without passing CPT for commerce graduates(having 50%)and Non commerce graduates(Min 55%) is not yet enacted by ICAI.  being you a non-commerce student better you start from CPT.

gud guts yaar!!!! hats off to u for such good decision.....As u r science student u must not b having more knowledge about commerce subjects. and as we all know ca needs intense studies of any subject. so best way of building ur base is u start 4m CPT. good luck.....

can anybody of u can guide me good books for fundamentals in accounts,taxation etc .,

The students from other than commerce will perform far better than a commerce students...

They will start from the zero level , they may give more seriousness to studies ...
