sir I working in a cooperative ltd, & this organisation is distributing dividend from the profits derived operation by serviing to its members is dividend distribution tax is applicable to cooperative co too
I am thinking that only to companies it is applicable
plz clarify
if this co-operative registered uder companies act, then dividend distribution tax will be applicable. i think your company is producer co ltd. so dividend distribution tax will be applicable.
